Beautiful Snowy Wedding

Our first wedding of the season was a huge success! Michele and Chris and their lovely and dedicated friends celebrated their marriage on in the rain - and snow!

Their beautiful burgundy decorations and strings of white lights warmed the Celebration Hall where guests gathered before the outdoor ceremony. Holding the ceremony in our beautiful Amphitheatre was a priority to both Chris and Michele, and our staff was happy to accommodate their wishes - as happy as their guests were to troop out in the rain to witness the beautiful ceremony presided over by Barbara Boyd. Once they were officially husband and wife, the wedding party returned to the cozy hall to celebrate!

Our Executive Chef, Peter Marti, prepared a wonderful meal starting with our cruditè display and Mediterranean Hors D'eouvres. The guests then dined on our Southwestern Pork Loin, Chicken Picatta, and roasted red potatoes.

Our thanks to the guests and staff who helped pull off such an incredible wedding with such terrible weather. Many cultures believe that rain on a wedding day is a sign of good luck - we are certain that Michele and Chris have a wonderful lifetime to look forward to!
